biryaniFC.com is a discovery platform only, owned and operated by Pacepost Technologies Private Limited, Pune, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"). Our sole purpose is to introduce talented home-based biryani cooks ("Cooks") to people who love biryani ("Customers"). We are not a restaurant, food seller, aggregator, delivery service, payment processor, agent or intermediary of any kind.
1. Nature of the platform
biryaniFC.com publishes listings of independent home-based cooks, including details such as their locality, food type (vegetarian / non-vegetarian), specialties, indicative prices and minimum order quantities. These details are provided by the Cooks themselves and are displayed for information only.
2. Transactions are directly between Customer and Cook
- All enquiries, orders, prices, quantities, payment terms, delivery or pickup arrangements are negotiated and settled directly between the Customer and the Cook, typically over WhatsApp or phone.
- biryaniFC.com does not accept orders, does not collect or process any payment, does not take commission on transactions, and does not deliver food.
- Any contract of sale that is formed is strictly between the Customer and the Cook. biryaniFC.com is not a party to it.
3. No responsibility for food, quality or safety
biryaniFC.com does not prepare, handle, inspect, taste or certify any food. We make no representation or warranty about the quality, hygiene, safety, ingredients, allergen content, quantity, taste, packaging or timeliness of any food prepared by any Cook. Customers should satisfy themselves directly with the Cook before ordering.
4. Complaints and disputes
- Any complaint — regarding food quality, quantity, price, payment, refund, delivery, behaviour or anything else — must be raised and resolved directly between the Customer and the Cook.
- biryaniFC.com will not be responsible for, and will not be involved in, any dispute resolution between the two parties.
- We do not offer refunds, compensation, mediation or arbitration of any kind.
5. Accuracy of listings
While we try to keep listings current, information such as prices, minimum order quantities and availability may change without notice. The details shown on a listing are indicative; the final terms are whatever the Customer and the Cook agree between themselves.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, biryaniFC.com and Pacepost Technologies Private Limited, including their directors, employees and representatives, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, damage, illness, injury or expense arising from any transaction, communication or dealing between a Customer and a Cook, or from the use of this website.
7. Removal of listings
biryaniFC.com may add, edit, hide or remove any listing at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice and without giving reasons.
8. Acceptance
By using this website or contacting any Cook listed on it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this disclaimer and these terms.
